Note – this is a part-time contract position, fully remote.
What you’ll be doing::
Deliver instruction and mentorship to junior developers
Contribute to the development of instructional material and curriculum
Ensure industry best practices are taught and properly run to incubator participants: scrum standups, code reviews, test driven development, etc.
Organize and present software development sessions and presentations
Who we’re looking for::
3+ years of full-stack development experience
Experience in performance optimization, scaling solutions, and a strong knowledge of security best practices
Great communication skills and enjoys presenting, helping, and mentoring others
Expert in > 1 programming language – preferably at least one dynamic/interpreted language
Always focused on the bigger picture, sees how the code could be used and scaled
