The Digital Marketing Specialist is an integral part of the Marketing team and will provide assistance on a variety of duties in support of strategic goals and brand expression.

This position has exposure to all areas of the business, including community outreach, operations, and product optimization as well as relationships with partners, outside agencies, and vendors.

• Integrate online efforts with marketing communications and outreach activities to deliver optimal business support, including email campaigns, landing pages, webinars, social posts, etc.
• Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling, including regular financial blog posts.
• Implement a content strategy that fosters audience development and drives conversions.
• Lead the execution and optimization of paid digital advertising.
• Lead the creation, monitoring, and optimization of the website chat bot.
• Analyze and on key metrics to provide actionable insights into customer behavior across digital channels.
• Grow the Credit Union’s online community and monitor social channels for customer feedback, delivering high-quality service standards while advocating for the HUECU brand.
• Coordinate vendor relationships to ensure efficient and effective use of external resources.
• Assist in website management for all HUECU online properties.
• Provide event support as needed.
• Perform various administrative and other duties to support the Marketing department.
