Harvard Business Publishing’s Corporate Learning division targets enterprises that recognize leadership development as a source of competitive advantage. The Corporate Learning team’s expertise is in creating rich, interactive learning experiences that develop leaders who shape their organizations’ futures by making smart decisions at critical moments.
The Opportunity:
The Digital Learning Specialist (DLS) plays the primary client contact role post-sale for digital solutions that help organizations scale leadership development, like Harvard ManageMentor and Harvard ManageMentor Spark. The DLS leverages deep knowledge and experience in our solutions and platforms to advise clients on optimizing how the solutions are implemented, leading to greater adoption, retention, and expansion.
What you’ll do:
Onboard new clients across strategic, technical, marketing, and training workstreams.
Support a portfolio of clients by helping facilitate their creation of and ongoing adherence to a strategy and plan to implement the solution to meet their business objectives.
Partner with clients on an ongoing basis to coach and advise them on how to reach their adoption and other goals.
Support training the client on how to leverage the capabilities of our solutions for their specific use cases.
Share relevant best practices and examples from other clients.
Interpret usage data and present it to clients to help them make decisions based on it.
Help keep the client current with new enhancements.
Collaborate with colleagues, including the rest of the account team, to strategically manage your portfolio of clients, making judgments about priorities and contributing to conversations about how to bring different clients to renewal and expansion based on each client organization’s goals and dynamics.
Work on special projects to help scale our client service model (e.g., participate in client-facing webinars, develop “How to” videos, craft client communications for the team to leverage, think creatively about how we can help clients one to many or one to few versus solely one on one).
What we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, possesses a growth mindset, has some experience in leadership management or digital learning, and excels at:
Leading consultative conversations
Collaborating with teammates and clients
Managing projects
Innovating to disrupt the status quo
Prioritizing clients and tasks daily (without letting balls drop)
Paying attention to details
Learning quickly, as products continue to update
