HR Generalist

$55,000 to $70,000

Provide HR leadership and support for our Tukwila WA facility in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and engagement, as well as managing day-to-day administrative functions. Heavy emphasis on recruiting and onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full-cycle, high-volume recruiting and onboarding.
• Review resumes, schedule and conduct phone interviews, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
• Facilitate the new-hire on-boarding process including generating offer letters, and processing drug screens and background checks.
• Conduct new hire orientations, which includes completing required documents, review of company benefits, policies, and insurance options.
• Review and respond to HR matters including benefits, compensation, training, payroll, and employee relations.
• Lead, plan and organize celebrations and employee events.
• Implement and execute performance management programs.
• Lead and participate in HR projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ HR Generalist/HR Assistant experience, preferably in manufacturing or a distribution center.
• Ability to maintain professional behavior, communication, and display positive attitude with a variety of personalities at all levels of the organization.
• Able to exercise discretion and high level of confidentiality.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Tech Savvy. Experience using HRMS systems, including time & attendance systems, applicant tracking systems, and electronic onboarding systems. Must be proficient in MS Office.
