Director of Rehab

We are Hartsville Health and Rehab, a Skilled Nursing Facility located in the “Heart of Tennessee” – approximately a 15-30 minute drive from Lebanon, Carthage, Westmoreland, Lafayette, Gallatin or Red Boiling Springs.

We specialize in skilled nursing care and physical rehabilitation. Each resident is treated as a unique individual and we strive to customize a rehabilitation program for each person we are privileged to treat.

Currently we seek a licensed PTA or COTA with 1-2 years’ clinical and/or directorial experience working at a Skilled Nursing Facility to oversee our physical rehabilitation program.

Key Position Points:

• The Director of Rehab (DOR) position allows for a customized and flexible schedule with occasional needs outside of regular Monday-Friday business hours.
• Oversight includes scheduling patient evaluations and treatment hours for the clinical team, providing treatment hours as needed and monitoring the program for accuracy and integrity in billing.
• Working with the entire leadership team to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations.

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively and positively with all rehab staff members, facility staff, residents and their families.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of skilled and long-term care rehabilitation State and Federal Regulations.
• Must possess comprehensive leadership skills and be able to supervise as needed.
• Strong clinical oversight.
• Active Tennessee license.
