Competitive wages $23.69/hr (starting wages)

1.5x hourly rate paid for all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday

Day shift premium ($1.13/hr)/Night Shift Premium ($1.50/hr) following training completion

Lump Sum Bonus of $500 for May 1, 2022

Position Requirements

New hires (Non-posted bench) rotate between days & nights on a monthly basis

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday

12 hour Continental Shift, 8:00 – 8:00

Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday

DUTIES:
Operate equipment and complete checks to ensure compliance with production, process & quality specifications

Observe panel indicators, gauges, other instruments to detect equipment and/or product issues

Record and adhere to quality specifications related to weight, colour and functionality requirements

Perform additional duties as required by Supervision in compliance with relevant legislation and safety procedures.

Utilize a forklift or other equipment to move/transport materials

IDEAL:
18 years of age, and completion of Grade 12 required

Previous manufacturing experience is an asset with the ability to work safely and productively

Physically capable of standing for long periods of time with the ability to perform repetitive movements

Good communication, ability to work as a team, and in cooperation with colleagues on a shift of 35+ people

Reliable, comfortable with labor-intensive work and have a great attitude
