How you will make contributions that matter:
Provide inside sales support for order planning and order management for dedicated customer set;

Proactively liaise Customers to review inventory and forecasts;

Internal communications and coordination with sales, production planning and logistics teams;

Support the resolution of customer concerns and queries regarding order management;

Manage the logistics and administrative process to support interplant shipments;

Create and maintain all ERP master data with high level of accuracy;

Provide data analysis support for supply chain (freight rate administration, inventory analysis) and customer service.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

Customer Service and / or Supply Chain experience in manufacturing environment;

Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills;

Post secondary education in Supply Chain, Business, Administration and or related discipline;

Effective problem solving and decision-making skills with strong organizational ability;

Excellent MS Excel / data management skills;

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
