We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (hybrid, based in Elgin, Illinois) to work within the Marketing team to drive growth in the HARTING Americas business/ The Specialist will be responsible for generating online demand though marketing automation, paid social targeting, and SEM that generates sales accepted leads and qualified pipeline.
With our ever-evolving industrial connectivity solutions and B2B customers in OEM and Distribution, our marketing function continues to evolve, and the Specialist will possess an innovative and forward-thinking mindset as we mature our digital marketing capabilities. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with marketers across the globe, while aligning closely with commercial teams in the Americas region.
To succeed in this role, you will be highly driven to:
- Ensure proper enhancement & transition of Marketing Leads (in D365 Marketing) to Sales Leads/Opportunities in CRM (D365 Sales) – and work with CRM specialist and global extended team to introduce automation into this process
- Work with Marketing leadership on building a roadmap for email strategy and automation-journeys to align with key market segment goals, product launches and updates, and key pipeline-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with segment managers, product managers, marketing teams marketing to develop automated journeys and email assets
- Work with in-house Creative Team to create eye-catching emails and landing pages that lead to increased click-through rate and higher levels of engagement
- Compile segmented emails lists for optimal sends based on the focus of the email.
- Conduct A/B testing and analysis of marketing efforts, including subject line testing and creative layout, to develop best practices for ongoing optimization of email campaigns.
- Oversee agencies delivering SEM and paid Demand Gen activities, own summaries of results internally, and develop plans to execute in-house and at scale
Skills and experience to thrive in this role:
- 2-5 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B company
- Working knowledge of modern B2B marketing tools such as:
- Marketing Automation (Dynamics365 Marketing, Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua or similar)
- Paid Social Targeting (LinkedIn, Facebook, Metadata or similar)
- SEM and Display (Google Ads)
- Prospect Sourcing (ZoomInfo, D&B or similar)
- Working knowledge and experience with CRM such as: Microsoft Dynamics365, Salesforce or similar
- Ability to work within website content management systems and marketing automation software.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Position requires occasional travel. Travel could include international and domestic.
