An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to work closely with the HR team and other key stakeholders to be an ambassador of Hartford Care and provide a dedicated recruitment service to a number of homes within the Group on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract.
The Recruitment Advisor will manage the recruitment and selection process for all vacancies, including shortlisting CVs, organising and holding interviews, taster days and welcome sessions, and ensure a candidate experience in-line with our values.
We are seeking someone who can provide positive and professional role-modelling to all as a primary contact through the onboarding process for successful candidates across the Group. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, have experience of Applicant Tracking Systems and third-party organisations to create potential pipelines, and must be able to demonstrate strong organisational and interpersonal qualities.

Requirements
We are unable to accept applications that require sponsorship to work in the UK.
Candidates must be able to travel to our different homes across the South East and South West regions as per the needs of the business, which may include overnight stays when required.
Essential:
Experience in a similar role working in a multi-faceted organisation
Good knowledge and experience of interview and selection techniques
Experience of Applicant Tracking Systems
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate at different levels and to different audiences
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and with different audiences in a friendly, professional manner
A strong attention to detail with robust organisational skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
Robust IT skills and knowledge including in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work on own initiative
Desired:
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and different HR/Recruitment systems
Previous experience of the Immigration Sponsorship System.
