My client is a well-established and prominent CA firm in Sydney CBD who is seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to join their growing support team. They offer a wide range of business, tax and consulting services, with their clients ranging from SMEs to larger corporate groups in a number of exciting industries across Australia.

This role will suit an enthusiastic professional who is keen to expand their knowledge and not shy to take on early responsibility.

Key tasks include (but not limited to):

• Preparation of Finals packages for clients
• Manage client communication
• Managing lodgement list
• Maintaining and updating client details, including new client set up
• Lodging Tax Returns and FBT Returns via PLS
• Lodging of Super Fund returns in BGL SF 360
• Manage workflow and allocation for team
• Finalising and reviewing invoices in MYOB AO
• Client Disbursements
• Updating client debtors and sending debt reminders
• Managing Company Secretarial documents via Now Infinity
• Relief reception duties
• Other duties as required

Ideal Requirements:

• At least 1-3+ years’ experience in a similar role within a local accounting firm
• Experience using MYOB and/or Now Infinity would be looked upon favourably
• Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
