Hart Oilfield Rentals Ltd., a trusted leader in oilfield surface rentals and manufacturing, is currently accepting resumes for the position of Office Administrator in our Drayton Valley branch.
Duties would include but not limited to:
* Provide office support to management and other key staff.
* Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
* Maintain general organization of the office.
* Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
* Aid with month end, year end and audits.
* Various other tasks as needed.
Skills:
* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Minimum 5 years experience.
* Experience with Cortex, OIR and Ariba would be an asset.
