Hart Fueling Services Hiring for Assistant Finance Manager Job at Remote Full Time

We are in search of an assistant finance manager to assist our Controller and billing team on financial tasks such as invoicing review, budget analysis, daily and monthly reconciling of credit card transactions and Profit and loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers as need to get proper documentation for the team.
• Reconcile credit card charges
• Review invoicing as needed to confirm accuracy
• Review P&L on a weekly basis
• Liaison between controller and billing team/billing manager
• Monthly financial reconciliation
• Special projects or reports as needed

Skills

• Proven track record as assistant controller and or finance manager
• Proficient user of QuickBooks online
• Operate with a sense of urgency
• Always do the right thing
• Strong interpersonal and commutation skills
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• High level problem solver
