MAIN DUTIES:
To maintain and support an effective and efficient service to our stores and Head Office departments, ensuring a high level of quality, service and professionalism at all times. To assist with the recruitment, training and processing of all personnel.
KEY TASKS AND DUTIES
1. Responsible for maintaining and updating all Personnel records.
2. Provide support on all areas of recruitment.
3. Provide clerical support in meetings.
4. To travel to stores, when required, for training, meeting or support purposes.
5. Provide administrative support to Head Office.
6. Update information and other records as necessary on computer system.
7. Data input, production and analysis of reports.
8. Deal with routine correspondence and queries in an appropriate manner.
9. Take and distribute messages as necessary.
10. Ensure the efficient use of photocopier and fax machine.
11. Ensure office area is clean and tidy at all times.
12. Any other reasonable duties requested by management.
PERSONNEL SPECIFICATION
ESSENTIAL
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 GCSE’s (including Maths & English) or equivalent.
Relevant Experience:
Experience and up to date knowledge of IT systems including Email and Microsoft Word and Excel
Special Aptitudes:
Maintains confidentiality
Good organisational skills
Good communication skills

DESIRABLE
Relevant Experience:
Experience of dealing with the general public
Previous experience in an office environment undertaking a clerical role
Experience dealing with queries and communicating via telephone, email and zoom
