The HR Services team sit at the very heart of this, providing critical service and building trusted relationships with all our colleagues and leaders.
About you
You will be experienced across HR services and systems with the confidence to coach and upskill leaders and colleagues to good customer outcomes. You will have credibility and the ability to manage and build relationships, both with your business area and senior members of the HR team.
You will be able to manage your caseload, ensuring that all process and policy questions are owned and actioned timely and accurately. You will have the desire and ambition to develop yourself as an HR professional, becoming a superuser in Workday.
More specifically we’re looking for someone with:
Attention to detail
Initiative, inquisitive and solution-focused approach
Able to process high volumes of work accurately yet to the deadline
Customer Service skills with experience in handling high volumes of calls
Expert knowledge of HR policy and employee lifecycle processes
Basic understanding of Employment Law
Working knowledge of the HR Systems used within Harrods. Knowledge of Workday is desirable
