Harrisonai Hiring for Talent Acquisition Lead Job at Australia Full Time

What you’ll do:

• Be the primary interface for hiring managers, ensuring a customer-centric TA experience that attracts and selects the best talent to franklin.ai;
• Lead a small team of TA partners to achieve franklin.ai’s recruitment goals;
• Embed, track, and look for opportunities to improve all TA activities (from job requisition through to job offer);
• Lead TA activities for franklin.ai and partner with the Harrison P&C team, to draw upon their processes and available bandwidth, where ‘in-house’ availability is at capacity;
• Collaborate with the P&C Business Partner to ensure a connected, aligned, and value-maximising approach to sourcing, selection and talent;
• Work in partnership with Marketing to develop effective communications in support of (external and internal) talent initiatives that drive employer branding and market presence; and
• Develop a hiring manager capability training package and lead, coach and support optimised selection processes.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid years of experience in Talent Acquisition (TA), ideally with experience of leading others;
• Highly experienced talent scout, able to hire across multiple disciplines and regions;
• Skilled relationship builder with the experience, presence and communication capability to provide a highly effective service to stakeholders at all levels of business / industry;
• Passion for continuous improvement and project-management capability to deliver change initiatives that lead to measurable business improvement;
• Commercial mindset of using data to track progress, improve capability and maximise value;
• Motivated by working in a fast-paced environment with the courage to explore, identify and embed new solutions that illustrate our collective growth mindset; and
• Self-starter who takes initiative and looks for solutions.

Nice to have:

• Strong data analytics experience in being able to capture and present TA data in a compelling and visually illustrative way; and
• Strong facilitation skills with ability to communicate with impact and influence.
