Office Assistant position

A family investment office in Midtown is seeking to hire a polished part-time assistant who will report to Controller. The ideal professional should have a business/finance background, possess high EQ and be comfortable assuming broad responsibilities. This is a temp position. The candidate should be available to work in the office approximately 16 hours a week.

Key responsibilities:

– Scan and save monthly bank statements

– Assist with expense reporting

– Record credit card expenses in Quickbooks

– Download and save investment documents

– Compile all bank wires and supporting documents

– Scan all invoices and prepare spreadsheet of weekly bills to be paid

– Assist with various special projects as needed

Skill set:

– Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe

– Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus

– Basic knowledge of Accounting a plus

– Mature, dependable, trustworthy, discreet

– No task too big or small attitude

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour
