Eagle HR is a growing HR Consultancy providing corporate and commercial advice to hundreds of businesses nationwide. Based in Worcester our consultancy was conceived from Harrison Clark Rickerbys’ Employment Team and launched in 2012.
We are a close-knit team of talented professionals who are passionate about supporting businesses with all their HR needs. We provide timely, pertinent advice and guidance working with businesses to support their people strategy. Supporting businesses across a variety of sectors and geographical locations we currently work within the South West as well as further afield in London, Birmingham and Manchester.
Further to the speedy growth of our business we are looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join our team. Working as part of a nationally recognised top 70 commercial law firm and in close collaboration with a large team of specialist employment lawyers, you will be a flexible, self-starter who enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will be used to juggling priorities, working to strict deadlines and will thrive working with a variety of clients across multiple sectors. The work is varied and will include working on small and large projects for some high calibre clients, including FTSE 100 companies as well as SMEs.
Our consultants are confident and experienced HR generalists who are business minded and commercially savvy. You will be astute, responsive and able to pick up projects quickly, being happy to travel and spend time on the road to meet clients as and when required (including the potential for overseas travel). With an aptitude for networking and with strong interpersonal skills you will be comfortable building relationships with our long-standing and prospective clients; being a friendly, trusted advisor and support for their businesses.
