About The Role

This exciting role supports the People Team in a growing, energetic legal firm. The successful candidate will have chance to demonstrate their skills in a fast paced and agile environment. This role will be most suited to a strong, systems savvy administrator who is both astute, personable and can work with pace, agility and responsiveness to business needs. You will need to be analytical, process oriented with an attention to detail to be successful in this role.
The HR Operations Team consists of a team of four and sits within a wider HR function. This team is at the heart of the function and has touch points with the business as a whole.
The main purpose of this position is to facilitate and coordinate all required HR administration in a accurate and timely manner. The team is responsible for the workflow coming through the HR inbox. This role will execute all administration related to starters, leavers, offers, probation, contractual changes etc.
