Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Financial Accountant responsible for financial accounting of Harris Farm

wholesale business, project accounting and various month end and year end tasks. You will have full exposure to

senior finance leadership team and business partnering experience with Head of other departments.

Key responsibilities

 Completing month-end closing activities, including but not limited to: Intercompany reconciliation,

Month end journal entries, elimination and consolidations, fixed assets management, Balance sheet

reconciliation.

 Preparation of Board pack-balance sheet, cashflow statement and etc.

 Assisting in year end closing and annual audit, fulfilling auditor requests for documentation and

explanations in a complete, accurate and timely fashion.

 Preparation of IFRS16 lease accounting journals.

 Capex reporting for Harris farm entities.

 Assisting in preparation of FBT, BAS and income tax.

 Partnering with and providing support to the Store/Operations/Property managers with relevant

queries/requests on operational/financial matters.

 Assisting in forecasting and budgeting process for Harris Farm Wholesale business.

 Other Ad hoc tasks

Skills & Attributes Required

 CA/CPA qualified or working toward it

 3+ years relevant experience in similar accounting roles

 High-energy, flexible and responsive work style

 Proactive and driven to thrive in a fast-paced environment

 Good communication skills, able to liaise effectively with stakeholders within the organisation

 Excellent IT skills, Excel and ERP

 Experience of working within Food Retail / FMCG preferred

 Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail

 Passionate about working in a close and diverse team, but also independently
