We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to work with our business in Australia. This will be a remote work.

What will be your impact?

• Build & Implement Policies & Procedures, Benefits programs & Perks etc. based on country’s common practice & specific needs
• Lead and support the entire recruitment process in Australia, from A-Z
• Act as a point of contact and subject matter expert on different employment cases and employee relations, provide consulting/advisement to seek solutions
• Lead and execute on boarding and off boarding processes of all Business Units’ staff
• Execution on HR Strategy to achieve Business Units’ Goals
• Lead and support HR due diligence and integration of M&A activities
• Implement people and organization’s processes: Performance, Engagement, Workforce Planning etc.
• Culture & Change management

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field – Mandatory
  
• Experience within the HR area – at least 10 years
  
• Experience in a similar role – at least 5 years
  
• Strong knowledge of HR Practices and legislation
  
• Experience of building, shaping, and maintaining positive partnerships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
  
• Professional level of communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships
  
• Experience with Workday – advantage
  
• Willingness to travel abroad from time to time
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Great organizational skills and a capacity for working independently
• A high level of analytical skills
