Job Role: IT Engineer
Salary: £17.50ph
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
Location: London, Shoreditch

Are you looking to start or further your career in IT? We are looking for a technically confident individual to provide IT support to internal users diagnosing both hardware and software faults.

The role would suit an individual who has an interest in IT and is looking to develop it into a career.

Duties will include:

• Troubleshooting and management of issues with the Windows, Mac, VDI and mobile estate
• 1st and 2nd line support on Microsoft and Apple operating systems and relevant software including Google Workspace, VPN and Zoom amongst others
• Taking responsibility for resolving queries, troubleshooting, escalating to specialists where appropriate and managing the relationships with our users
• Preparing and handing over kit for new starters
• Working on the IT bar
• Ensuring appropriate SLA’s are met

Skills and experience required:

• Strong IT skills and confident with technology
• Ideally have at least 1 years’ experience of providing IT support in 1st/2nd line capacity.
• Experience supporting Windows 10, MacOS, iOS, Android, Google Workspace

and AV (Zoom).

• Great communication skills
