Harper Commercial, LLC is a new and growing construction company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join our team. As a general contractor, with an office located in Grover Beach, we provide a modern approach to property renovations in multiple states. Duties include, but are not limited to:

· Record debit card and credit card transactions / data entry in the Sage accounting software

· Reconcile bank accounts and credit card accounts

· Track and process invoices for subcontractors and material providers

· Job costing for all jobs

· Provide the payroll processing company with hours and employee information for each payroll period and record the payroll journal entry in Sage

The ideal candidate for this position will be able to prioritize various tasks as they are needed as well as demonstrate a strong skill set in the following areas:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Bookkeeping

· Construction industry experience a plus

· Strong organization and communication skills

· Microsoft Excel – moderate knowledge a plus

· Microsoft Word – effective written communication skills needed

· Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to follow through are essential

This part time position offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work in the office or remotely.

Salary dependent on experience and qualifications.
