Harnham is the global leader in data and analytics recruitment which has grown rapidly over the past couple of years. Our business was founded in Wimbledon, where our HQ office remains and we’ve established offices in New York, San Francisco, Berlin and most recently Phoenix. Because of our continued growth plans over the next few years, we’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic and engaging to join our Learning & Development team to train our consultants on IT systems and best practice.
At Harnham we strive to support our sales teams with the best tools and systems available. Therefore, we are looking for someone who can collaborate with the sales teams, develop and implement training sessions and best practice for the IT systems we use across the global business.
We take training seriously as we provide training and development throughout our consultant’s careers from entry level to Director level. We have an established team of 4 trainers who have all worked within recruitment and sales themselves before moving into L&D.
What will the role involve?
Analyse and define current knowledge gaps and create learning solutions to close those gaps for consultants across all levels
Deliver group and one to one personal training sessions to both new and existing users to maintain and develop a high capacity and knowledge across the business in all locations.
Create a range of digital and supporting content (engaging videos, interactive guides and cheat sheets) to support the classroom sessions
Liaise with team managers and stakeholders to understand areas for improvement or consistency, utilising reports and business data.
Have full ownership and delivery of all future system upgrades, charges and functionality
Regularly evaluate the learning interventions and make ongoing changes to ensure relevance and effectiveness
Work with the L&D team to integrate systems training into the wider consultant journey
Required skills & experience
Proven track record in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
Experience of training design and delivery or 1-2-1 support essential
Strong knowledge of Recruitment CRM systems and tools – we use Bullhorn
Presentation skills
Experience in delivering training using virtual sessions / webinars
Good knowledge of different training approaches and techniques
Able to travel when required (occasional basis)
