£25k basic + commission + bonuses

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our UK teams based in our HQ office in Wimbledon and carve out a successful career here and with future opportunities to transfer to our New York or San Francisco offices there’s plenty on offer here.

The role:

• 360 recruitment consultant role,
• Business development – cold calling, chasing leads, b2b, pitching to clients
• Client meetings and briefings
• Sourcing candidates – headhunting, job adverts, referrals
• Selling and pitching jobs to candidates
• Managing the end to end process
• Negotiating offers and closing deals

This is a sales driven role where your performance is measured with KPIs, targets and rewarded with incentives like lunch clubs, early finishes, commission and our annual winner’s trips.
