Project Manager | Fast-Growth Financial Services | Fully Remote (+travel)

Harmonic are delighted to partner exclusively with a scaling financial services organisation in their search for a Project Manager/Product Delivery Manager to join the organisation. The role will be Outside IR35 and initial period of 6 months with the high likelihood to extend and possibly go permanent.

The Client

Our client has been recognized as a trailblazer within their niche in the financial technology sector, receiving several accolades for its innovative solutions. They have placed themselves in a dominant market position and are looking to recruit a Project Manager support the successful roll out and growth of a new initiative.

The Role

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects, from origination through to roll-out. This will be both an internal and external facing position, where you will be liaising closely with clients and also internally to ensure effective budget management. ing directly into the COO, there will be excellent senior stakeholder exposure and you will be given autonomy to manage the delivery of exciting projects and products.

Duties

Effectively manage the successful delivery of multiple projects, from scoping/origination, to organisation and finally roll-out.

Successfully scale the operation to increase delivery numbers.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage budgets and timings of projects.

Work closely with external clients to ensure deliverables are on track and projects are running efficiently.

Review implementations with internal and external stakeholders to propose process improvements and drive efficiencies.

Produce clear project updates to be shared with clients and internal stakeholders.

Work closely with the COO on any further ad-hoc projects

What we need to see (essential)

Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies

Prior experience managing projects (including contractors and budgets)

Previously set up modes of governance

Strong communication skills

Experience working with Financial Institutions/Financial Services

Location: London (hybrid)

Length of Contract: 6 months

Day Rate: £450-550 Outside IR35
