Here’s 7 Things You Need to Know.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of related experienceWho you areKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook, Google Suite, HR software, and / or accounting software is preferredStrong work ethic with impeccable attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be comfortable working independently and as part of a broader teamAbility to handle confidential and sensitive informationProven success in administering multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing workloadWhat you’ll doProvide direct support to the Managing Director, Operations (MD) in managing long-term deliverables and meeting agendas for the leadership teamCollaborate with the MD to produce materials for major presentationsSupport the MD in developing and implementing systems across the operations portfolioManage the day-to-day delivery and workflow of assigned projectsSupport the operations leadership team in tracking high-priority initiatives and outcomes on dashboardsLiaise with Finance and Human Resource teams to resolve issuesDocument and disseminate best practices for Operational Support staff comprised of full-time and part-time administrative rolesComplete basic administrative tasks (manage calendars, schedule meetings, file documents, etc.
