Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced digital marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong understanding of the latest trends and techniques in the industry.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives
• Manage and execute all aspects of digital campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, search engine optimization, and pay-per-click advertising
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in digital marketing
• Analyze and on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital channels
• Create and manage content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies that drive new business for the company
• Manage and optimize the company’s website to improve user experience and increase conversions
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and platforms in digital marketing, making recommendations for implementation as needed
• Collaborate with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to execute digital marketing campaigns as needed

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms, including email marketing, social media advertising, search engine optimization, and pay-per-click advertising
• Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
