We are the manufacturer and supplier of Italian porcelain paver products for residential and commercial use. We are currently seeking experienced and driven luxury sales professionals to join our dynamic team in Fort Myers, FL.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and driving sales at our Fort Myers showroom, building strong relationships, and being knowledgeable about our high-end product. This is a unique opportunity to take the next step in your career, with high earning potential and a supportive, team-oriented work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible, self-driven, and able to handle leads and walk-ins with a high close rate. This is an hourly plus commission position. We would like a candidate with background in paver sales, construction sales, etc- but will train the right person if we find them

Responsibilities:

• Managing and nurturing client relationships
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Identifying opportunities to grow sales and profitability
• Maintaining knowledge of the product and additional information related to it
• Collaborating with team members
• ing on status and sales progress
• Assisting in keeping the showroom, neat, organized, and efficient
• Opening and closing the showroom

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the Hardscape/ paver/ contracting industry, but will train the right candidate
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to learn quickly and keep up with new information as it develops
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
