Hardin Optical Company Hiring for ERP PROJECT MANAGER at Bandon, OR Full Time

This position will be a key member of the administrative team and responsible for the management and oversight of the plant wide ERP system. The ERP Project Manager will develop, implement, and periodically evaluate the ERP system to ensure the Company’s optimal utilization of the system. This role strives to continuously improve our business systems to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES –

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the ERP system to ensure proper operation.
• Set up and maintain the ERP system to run MRP, automate processes, and streamline operations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in all aspects of the ERP system.
• Create ing that aids the leadership and management team in the monitoring and continuous improvement of the business.
• Create SOPs for the ERP system.
• Train the end-users of the ERP system.
• Attend slot plan meetings to aid scheduling.
• Complete project work to ensure progress is within guidelines and requirements.
• Support/embrace the Company Core Values and Growth Strategy.
• Implement, promote, review and continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

4. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE –

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Previous work experience setting up and/or administrating an ERP system.
• Prefer knowledge of ISO requirements.
• Overall understanding and working knowledge of all business processes – operations, administrative.
• Excellent computer skills, with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
