Compensation: $18.00 per hour plus Health Insurance after 90 days. Employer pays 40% of the cost of the Health Insurance. 401K plan available after 1 year of employment. Hourly Rate negotiable based on experience and additional skill sets.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries.

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of client inquiries
• Research and resolve issues
• Must be good at multitasking
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Assist with client ing as needed

Requirements:

• Work hours – Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Hours may fluctuate slightly due to holiday season).
• Team Player
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative
• Strong contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
