Front Desk Receptionist
Duties:
Our HARBOR KIDS DENTAL AND FAMILY ORTHODONTICS office located in the Aberdeen WA is hiring. As we are growing!! We are seeking an outstanding full time dental front desk receptionist to join our amazing team. The position allows for tremendous growth and to be a key member in helping to make a positive difference in many kids lives. We are looking for a friendly and kind person with a GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Duties include but not limited to checking patients in/out, scheduling patients, responding to phone inquiries, verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, collecting payments, etc. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children, a team player, able to communicate effectively, and has had previous admin experience. Experience with Open Dental software is a plus But not required.
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
– Provide general administrative support, including filing, proofreading, and order entry
– Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
– Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Skills:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus but not required.
