The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is a collaborative team player who works closely with the internal recruiting team and retail hiring managers to find and place the best candidates for open positions in our rapidly expanding fleet of retail stores. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will oversee specific aspects of key recruiting projects and initiatives which will contribute to the continued growth of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Proactively support the retail recruiting effort by placing high quality applicants in right position at the right time
• Effectively build diverse “top of funnel” candidate pipelines
• Effectively open and post new requisitions to company and external job boards
• Resourcefully navigate through complexity and ambiguity
• Provide phone and email support to prospective candidates and business partners
• Maintain daily and weekly reports on recruitment activities
• Provide general project and recruiting support to the Talent team on an as-needed basis.

Job Qualifications – Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or equivilent is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in HR, Psychology, Communication or Business.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in an HR Department is required.

Job Qualifications – Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
• Relationship focused and passionate about the candidate experience
• Familiarity with using sourcing tools, HR systemes (including an ATS; Brass Ring experience is aplus) and candidate management systems.
• Proficient in multiple search approaches (LinkedIn/Boolean/Job boards etc.)
• Experience building multi-state and multiple level search strategiesMust be adept at learning new systems and processes quickly
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; Internet savvy
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with team members and hiring managers
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Detail oriented, analytical and a self-starter
• Strong teamwork skills with track record of collaboration, accountability and proactively anticipating the needs of the team and the business
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
