Harba Solutions Hiring for Laboratory Assistant – Training Provided at Indianapolis, IN Full Time

Job Description

• Performs data entry concerning patient demographics information
• Handling of specialty specimens, printing labels, sorting specimens by department, completes paperwork for add-on testing and sending out samples for reference testing
• Coverslip, clean, and file specialty testing slides
• Archive and retrieve samples
• Maintaining, unpacking, and stocking supplies for the department
• Perform QA/QC duties as assigned
• Complete training and competency checklists as appropriate
• Comply with all health and safety policies, procedures and practices

Qualifications

• Previous laboratory or data entry experience needed
• Microsoft Excel experience is required
• Experience working in a fast paced environment/laboratory environment
• Ability to work well with others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
