We are a children’s apparel company.  Our headquarters is in Central New Jersey. We design, manufacture and distribute girls and boys licensed and private label separates and sets covering size ranges of newborn, infant, toddler, through 6X/7.  Our distribution is diverse and covers discount, moderate, club and department store along with a growing e-comm business.   

We are looking for a Sourcing & Production Intern to join our growing team.  This is an exciting opportunity and a paid internship to learn and grow with a great team. 

Responsibilities and training will include, but are not limited to; 

• Generate production purchase orders, amendments.   
• Style master set up as a back up to sales administration.
• Create and maintain cost sheets / costing library 
• Ordering production trims for domestic printing and work orders (hangers, stickers, polybags, cartons, etc.).
• Create system shipments for the warehouse.
• Facilitate customs entry with our broker for all FOB shipments, instructing correct HTS codes and duty percentages for processing.
• Special projects; analysis and reporting for management using Microsoft programs (Excel, power point, etc.).

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in working in Outlook and Excel.
• Must be very detail oriented, with excellent follow up.  Self starter and ability to work independently .
