Customer Happiness Representative – Work from Home – Nova Scotia

Happipad is a Canadian social enterprise on a mission to address housing affordability in Canada. We operate companion housing and home sharing programs to connect compatible people to share homes. With this role you will be involved in the day to day support of homeowners and renters across Nova Scotia who want to experience the benefits of companion housing.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate team member who will help with our daily operations and customer support. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing support through email, phone calls, and text message, and helping moderate the online Happipad community to create safe and inclusive home environments.

The Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer questions through email, phone calls, and text messages
• Update content on our online platforms
• Assist clients with registering to our program and answering questions
• Auditing new user accounts and rental listings

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience (sales, hospitality, other)
• Proficient in working online
• Ability to learn software quickly (Excel, Office, CRM software)
• Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook
• Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Must have excellent multi-tasking abilities
• Troubleshooting skills with clients and daily operations
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Team-player and enjoys collaborating
• Proficient typing skills (60+ wpm)

Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
