THE ROLE
As a Contract Global Bookkeeper, you will work closely with, and support senior members within the team, and assist in the timely delivery of accounting and finance services. You will process and reconcile transactional information to produce meaningful reports and insights and information to aid year-end accounts compliance. You will deliver quality bookkeeping records, along with completing prepayments and accruals journals to prepare sets of Management accounts and VAT returns. This position will report to the Financial Controller.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Data processing and reconciliations
• Bookkeeping to accruals and prepayments level
• Preparation of VAT Returns
• Client invoicing
• Deferred revenue amortization
• Global payroll journal entries
• Assistance with accounts preparation
• Maintaining asset register
• Other ad-hoc duties

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
• At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience
• Knowledge of: Xero, Google Sheets, Google Workspace

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART

• Prior experience at an Enterprise SaaS company
• UK FRS experience
• R&D Tax credit experience
• R&D Tax grant experience
