Hansen Technologies is excited to be looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a newly created position working in our global head office in Doncaster, supporting the continued growth of our company in Australia and New Zealand.

We are seeking a strong TA Partner that can work collaboratively with our leaders across all areas of our company, but with a leaning toward technology as that is where a lot of our growth occurs.

The experience that both our internal stakeholders and our potential future hires receive is paramount and we want to be anything but transactional, so being able to truly consult with our leaders and inform our future hires is something you will pride yourself on.

We are seeking someone that can think outside the box and be able to bring innovative solutions to the age-old question of where and how we find our future talent – this isn’t a position where just posting an advert will cut the mustard.

You will have significant experience in either agency or inhouse talent acquisition positions, with a strong background in technology recruitment. Your use of different recruitment systems will be highly regarded, and if you have used Oracle previously it will certainly stand you in good stead.

We have a number of broader talent focused projects in the pipeline, so having an interest to expand your experience beyond day-to-day would be of benefit as well.
