My Role Overview – What can I expect?

This is a super exciting time to be joining Hansen. In EMEA we have continued our solid growth and in the last year have strengthened the HR support to the business and are now ready to mature our operating model to the next level.

We are seeking an amazing new HR Advisor in the UK due to an internal promotion because our current HR Advisor is being promoted to another role within the team.

The UK is the EMEA Head Office with a matrixed array of stakeholders ranging from sales, service delivery and support functions. We are a highly diverse and inclusive HR team in EMEA that supports the business with the entire employee experience, leadership development and organizational change. You will be part of the @AskHR operational hub, your focus will be operational support on people matters and delivering the best experience for our business on the digital journey we take on HR tools and systems in EMEA.

My Accountabilities – What will I be doing?

It is important that you thrive and enjoy providing high levels of professional HR support to our business, take pride in solving questions and sometimes untangling complex operational queries. As a member of a solutions orientated HR team, you need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up and engage with your colleagues and the business to deliver best in class HR operationally. Key duties will be as set out below.

Provide administrative support on HR processes

Support the UK HR Business Partner with UK employment regulations and immigration assistance

Be a regional expert and super user of our HRIS, Oracle

Produce and refresh training material for Oracle, conduct help-desk sessions across the region and support the local country HR Business Partners to embed self-service of Oracle in the business

Provide data and reports from Oracle to the EMEA HR team

Develop and maintain an overview of benefits across EMEA

Responsible for HR administration such as references and employment confirmations

Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information

Produce people & culture quarterly reports

Promote a positive working environment and be available to employees and leaders as needed to enhance the employment experience

Support the HR Director, EMEA with any other duties as assigned, including travel, administration and management of the two UK office facilities.

Has recently graduated with a HR qualification such as CIPD or

Has started your career within the last 12-months as either an Intern or junior straight from education ready for your next career move

Experience of using SharePoint

Experience of working with Oracle that will definitely get our attention to your application

Is able to demonstrate understanding of being operationally scaleable and how to work with a RACI

Able to speak a 2nd European language would be regarded as a bonus
