This is a newly created role which will take ownership for Hansen’s Talent Acquisition (TA) go to market strategy, our EVP and refining our internal processes and systems to ensure that we are providing our new people the best introduction to our business through candidate care, open communication and an insight into the great company that we are.

This role would suit you if you are an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a passion for finding the right people. You should also have a commercial mind and an ability to think outside the box. In return, you will have the opportunity to work in 20 markets around the world, working closely with our talent acquisitions teams globally and be able to bring and embed new ideas!

In this role you will have responsibility for areas relating to people, process and technology – here are some highlights!

People

• Collaborating with GMs and HRMs to WFP talent acquisition team needs
• Preparing/Delivering TA onboarding – system training, scripts, principles of Hansen’s TA
• Leading our EVP revamp – working closely with our marketing and communication teams

Process

• Reviewing, mapping and refining our global TA process
• Owning onboarding documentation compliance
• Management of all Vendors and Agencies supporting the function
• Weekly Global recruitment reporting – roles open, time to hire, source effectiveness
• Running of quarterly reviews – including managing templates, communication, system administration, reporting

Technology

• Management of our ATS Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) for improvements, data integrity, compliance and dashboards
• Management of contracts and contract changes in ORC for all employing jurisdictions
• Administration and management of other 3rd party Talent Products – LinkedIn, Broadbean, Facebook, Glassdoor
