Full Job Description

Hans Unlimited is looking for a motivated individual to join our team in Gainesville, FL and work remote from home setting appointments for us.

  • Generate appointments for our sales team
  • This position will require you to be on the phone with customers and generating appointments for our sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work at home effectively.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Call back customers that have been identified as potential clients through our referral process.
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, and educate the customer on the services offered.
  • Identify key facts about our company, key players, and services offered.
  • Build relationships with customers based on trust and establish an rapport.
