Full Job Description
Less than 20 hours per week, includes nights, weekends and holidays
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answers, screens and transfers telephone calls in a courteous professional manner.
- Takes accurate messages.
- Greets and directs visitors.
- Sorts mail to appropriate departments.
- Performs light clerical assignments.
- Comes to work clean and neat, consistently presents a professional appearance.
Prerequisites:
- Must have typing skills and knowledge of basic office procedures.
- Possesses the ability to deal with staff, visitors, and residents in a professional, compassionate manner.
- Must be able to multi task.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $17.85 per hour
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
