Hanging Branch LLC Hiring for Customer Service & Customer Relationship Representative at Remote Full Time

Hanging Branch is a boutique photo packaging company. We make personalized packaging for photos geared toward professional portrait and wedding photographers.

We are looking for a sociable and compassionate individual to be our customers service/customer relationship representative. In this position, you will hold a vital role in representing our small business, as well as be the main line of communication between our customers and our company. Your main duties will vary between something as simple as responding to customer service tickets to something as large as maintaining relationships with our clients and understanding how our business serve their needs.

As a result, a few key attributes we are looking for in this candidate:

Our business is e-commerce. Thus, knowledge in using platforms such as Shopify and Etsy are a plus. However, not essential.

If you are someone who is involved in the professional portrait photography industry, then that is a huge plus as well.

Compensation/logistics:

– This position is part-time Monday through Friday, consisting of around 4 hours per day.

– You will be expected to be available in the morning of each day as well as sometime in the afternoon.

– $13-15 per hour and it is fully remote.
