We are currently looking for an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our corporate Talent Acquisition function and recruiting team through accelerated growth. Reporting to the VP of Talent & Diversity, this newly created position requires a visionary and motivated leader with deep expertise designing and implementing recruiting strategies, diverse strategic sourcing models, employer branding, and onboarding programs to attract and hire top talent for both current and future needs of the company.
- Set the vision and drive strategic and operational goals for full lifecycle recruiting from understanding the business requirements, attracting and selecting top diverse talent, making compelling offers and seamlessly onboarding associates
- Consult with business leaders to understand current and future talent priorities and develop recruiting strategies and solutions that improve and sustain business success
- Manage and coach a team of recruiters and sourcers on recruiting best practices and recruitment strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline to include early and mid-level career talent pools
- Lead high-profile recruiting initiatives for senior roles and complex searches
- Select and manage external vendors and consultants providing services in recruiting, pre-hire, and on-boarding activities
- Recommend and deploy new recruiting tools that will create extraordinary hiring outcomes by leveraging our employment brand and social media platforms
- Assess the new hire onboarding process and create a New Associate’s Program to ensure all associates joining Hanesbrands have a successful induction and transition into the company
- Establish KPI’s to measure effectiveness, efficiency and associate experience from candidate to hire and provide reporting against these metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent with 10+ years in-depth recruitment experience leading the talent acquisition function in a fast-paced environment for a large-scale company
- Inclusive leader with proven track record managing a high performing diverse team of recruiters in the successful delivery of end to end recruiting activities
- Demonstrated knowledge of the recruiting landscape with ability to predict external trends and provide market intelligence and industry insights
- Hands-on experience developing and implementing diverse sourcing strategies, employer brand campaigns, job requisitions, interviewing guides, and onboarding programs
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to work across multiple levels of the organization
- Strong knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and strong PC skills
