Handle Recruitment Hiring for Executive Assistant to Senior Music Agent at London Full Time

Are you an experienced, proactive Executive Assistant or Agents Assistant with the passion for music and looking your next great step in your career? We are super excited to be working with one of the leading international talent agencies to source an excellent individual to support a Senior Music Agent.

The perfect candidate will have previous experience in working within a music agency, have a passion for music and a great understanding of the how an agent works on a day to day basis!

Your main responsibilities will include show contracting, liaising with artist managers, maintaining dairies and schedules as well as proactively solving enquires. This role is mainly office based with the potential option for some hybrid working and is based in their lovely offices in London.

Day to day responsibilities will consist of:

• Scheduling meetings for the senior agent
• Contracting shows accurately, quickly and efficiently
• Checking and comparing costings, collating for management
• Marketing – handling artwork, collating and explaining marketing plans and summaries
• Announcement schedules – collating announcement dates for headline shows and festivals
• Festival and headline show guest lists, helping management/contacts with requests
• Keeping account of all money in for shows and chasing deposits/payments when needed
• Keeping up to date riders and touring info, and liaising with Tour Mangers to help smooth advance
• Attending shows as required, developing business relationships

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience assisting a Senior Agent within the Music department of a talent agency
• Good understanding of the entertainment industry and the nature of a talent agency
• Excellent organisational skills
• Discretion at all times, particularly when dealing with sensitive client matters
• Ability to develop business relationships

We are looking for someone who has previous experience with working in an agency, working with artists, record labels and supporting agents on a day-to-day basis. Previous experience supporting an agent in a music agency is essential.
