Hampton Tutors LLC Hiring for Science and Maths Academic Coach Job at Edinburgh, Scotland Full Time

Hampton Tutors is a tutoring and academic coaching agency based in Edinburgh, with a sister company in the United States.

We are looking for dynamic academic coaches to join our team in Edinburgh to help students of all ages in a primarily one-on-one setting. We are looking for coaches with experience in Science and Maths, and engineering based subjects. We are keen to hear from both primary level teachers/coaches and secondary/further education level.

We specialise in helping students with their school work, as well as developing study skills and executive function to help them become lifelong learners. We work with a number of students who have SENs such as ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, ASD, so experience with these populations is preferred.

We provide full training, materials, and resources. We are a small company in the UK, but we have a big US sister company who help us out with training and the like. As our operations in the UK grow, we expect there will be more opportunities (such as daytime working, working in schools etc.) so this is a good chance to get started with a growing company at a relatively early stage!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: Up to £20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Edinburgh, City of Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (preferred)

Experience:
