Are you looking for a career in HR?
In this essential role, you’ll play your part in delivering an inspiring employee and volunteer experience for our people. From day one you’ll provide administrative support to the people team and our business processes. There’s plenty of variety in the role, from supporting recruitment and onboarding, co-ordinating training sessions and meetings, through to entering and maintaining information in our people information system.
We love flexible working. Our team has adopted a hybrid working approach, working remotely or in venue as required and coming together for team meetings and events. And in this permanent part-time role you will work 20 -30 hours across the week – hours that work both for you and for the business.
If you are passionate about a career in HR, it’s a great opportunity to learn within a friendly and supportive team. There’s also potential for study support towards CIPD qualifications in the future.
A bit about you
You’ll like things to run smoothly and will take pride in keeping things on track, so your attention to detail combined with the ability to prioritise, plan and organise are key. You’ll enjoy working as part of a team and able to build strong relationships that get the best out of others. As two days are never the same here, you’ll be proactive, adaptable and enjoy variety.
You’ll be a whizz using Microsoft Office Applications and other software and enjoy working with systems and databases.
