Job Details:

Salary Range: £41,562 – £46,776
Work Location: EII Court, Winchester (with requirements to attend meetings and settings across the county)
Hours per week: 37
Contract Type: Permanent

The Role:

This unique opportunity is to lead on the redevelopment, growth and marketing of a new, hybrid tutoring service to be accessed by schools and other stakeholders across Hampshire.

As Education Manager you will be expected to lead the development and delivery of a high quality and accessible curriculum programme which inspires learners and secures progression. You will be managing a small, specialise team of practitioners which is likely to grow in line with the service.

As an education leader you will be expected to be professional, maintain the highest standards and work collaboratively as a member of the service management team, contributing to service development and improvement.

You will be leading an education package that will prepare learners for a successful future by ensuring the curriculum offer is appropriate and reintegration plans are comprehensive.
