Join our Talent Acquisition team!

As a Recruiter with our organization, you will be responsible for sourcing, and attracting direct support professionals to work with the individuals we service

Responsibilities:

Write and Post Job Ads

Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions

Conduct interviews via phone or in-person

Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews

Serve as contact person for questions from candidates

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to learn fairly quickly how to use software related to the job

One-year related experience strongly preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
