Position title: Financial Analyst

Our client, a multi-state mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst is accountable for supporting financial reporting needs, analyzing financial data, and providing advice for guiding business investments and overall strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare regular financial reports for consolidation reporting
• Gather data to understand trends affecting products, geography, industry
• Analyze data and forecasting support
• Evaluate current and previous financial data
• Study business and economic trends
• Support financial reporting an ad-hoc requests

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong analytical skills to process large amounts of information
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills to effectively use software to analyze financial information, identify trends, and support forecasts
• Decision-making skills to provide recommendations
• Attention to detail when reviewing analyses
• Accounting Bachelors degree required
• Public accounting experience and CPA preferred
• 2-5 years of applicable experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
