We are currently on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dedicated Talent Acquisition team on a 9 month fixed term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering a key part of our business, you will work closely with HR Business Partners and broader HR functions to ensure we are operating in line with aggressive hiring plans and exploring internal talent. This is a hands-on role where you will be required to use your direct sourcing skill set to successfully fill these roles in line with SLA’s. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner with senior managers across your areas of responsibility to ensure effective live vacancy management and develop your understanding of their commercial strategies.

To be successful in this role, you will be a true recruitment advocate with experience of influencing, persuading and successfully partnering an array of hiring managers. With proven end-to-end vacancy management experience, you will ideally have experience of recruiting within a fast-paced, environment and a proactive and creative approach to direct sourcing. You will be driven by data with good Excel skills and comfortable navigating an ATS. We are team who strive for continuous improvement, you be able to demonstrate where you have enhanced the recruitment process for the team and the business by process improvement activities.
